Carriers: FedEx Ground or UPS Ground depending on package weight and destination. Batteries ship as hazmat (LiFePO4 is classified as non-hazardous but carriers have their own rules) — we handle all packaging and labeling requirements. We ship to both Canada and the United States.
Delivery time: 3-7 business days after shipping depending on your location. Canadian orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days.

How Returns Work

Ship the item back
Pack the battery in its original packaging. We’ll provide a prepaid return label for unused items in original condition.
Get your refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.

Warranty
11-Year Manufacturer Warranty
Every Dakota Lithium battery comes with an 11-year manufacturer warranty — the longest in the industry. Victron components carry their own manufacturer warranty. If anything fails under normal use, contact us and we’ll handle the warranty claim process with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Warranty claims: Email support@lfpo4.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos if possible. We’ll coordinate with Dakota Lithium or Victron directly — you don’t need to contact the manufacturer yourself.
